2020 Summer Fun Sailing 2 (revised)
This is the second part of 4 days of fun sailing for Juniors. This Part is for Toppers and a fast fleet singlehanders (Lasers, Picos, Zests etc) on the 8th and 10th of July (July 9th cancelled due to wind). Please make sure you book the right one!
- For each group we will be offering 2 days of Destination Sailing, Harbour Treasure Hunts, Mini Races, Skills Tests and more as appropriate to the sailors involved
- In each 2 day session, juniors will be split into four groups of 5 juniors plus one dedicated instructor per group to comply with current Covid-19 regulations
- Each day will run for approximately 4-5 hours
The minimum skill level required is RYA Stage 1 (including the ability to sail in and out of the creek unsupported). The aim is for instructors to be able to support at a safe distance and to only interact physically in emergency. If your child isn't ready for that and might require closer instruction, please don't book unfortunately closely supported instruction is just not possible at the moment.
Booking will close on Friday the 3rd. There are 4 types of ticket depending on whether you are using your boat (Ticket Types "Own Topper" or "Own Laser/Pico") OR want to rent a Club boat (Ticket Types "Club Topper" or "Club Zest/Pico"). Please make sure you choose the right ticket!
