Club Constitution

This document follows the Royal Yachting Association's (RYA) Model constitution for unincorporated sailing clubs. It sets out the purposes, rules and management structure of the Club.

It was originally approved by members at the 2017 AGM and since then amendments to it have been approved in various AGMs (see front page for details). The latest version of the Club's Constitution is shown below or you can download it here.
