2021 Junior Week Part 1

6th - 10 August 2021

Once again we are splitting Junior Week into 2 parts to maximise the number of those who can experience it. Each Part will offer 4 days of fun sailing following our well-tried formula and at the midway point (on Tuesday August 10) we will be running the Covington Junior Regatta with friendly competition between all our juniors in dinghies, kayaks and swimming. The Covington Regatta is open to all juniors in the Club (not just those doing Junior Week) and is free. Part 1 is for our younger juniors sailing SailQubes or Oppies.

Applications are via our online booking system. Please do not try to book a junior onto both Part 1 and Part 2 - we are trying to give as many of our junior members as possible the chance to take part.

Junior Week is not suitable for beginners. Minimum skill level required for Junior Week is at least RYA Stage 1 plus the ability to sail in and out of the creek unsupported (being comfortable on all points of sail in moderate wind).
